Machining an Aluminum Sprocket for #35 Chain via Drill Bit and CNC Mill

Back in 2004 team 222 The Tigertrons (www.tigertrons.com) machined an aluminum sprocket on a CNC mill. First we did all the calculations to know the size and location of the drilled holes. Then we plugged them into the CNC program. After all the holes were drilled for each tooth we then milled around the sprocket to make the drilled holes into a half circle shape.
